Bhasin & Sons was founded in 1950 by the late Mr. O.P. Bhasin, who was originally a banker from Rawalpindi, Pakistan. During the difficult years of Partition, he began the business in Lucknow with the first store, Bhasin Collection, at a stall in the refugee market in Aminabad.
From those humble beginnings, the brand continued to grow and later established its presence in Hazratganj. Today, Bhasin & Sons combines its longstanding tailoring heritage with a contemporary made-to-measure approach for discerning clients.
From a Small Beginning to a Refined Tailoring House
The journey of Bhasin & Sons began with a simple purpose: to build a business during challenging times and create a lasting future through dedication and craftsmanship.
After establishing its first store in Aminabad, the brand opened another store in Hazratganj during the late 1980s and early 1990s. Over the years, Bhasin & Sons developed its tailoring expertise to serve a new niche of discerning and elite clients.
The Hazratganj store was created around a made-to-measure concept, with the vision of eventually developing a premium bespoke offering where garments could be made entirely by hand with thousands of stitches.
